Sour cream is not as fatty as mayo or milk
1.Sour Cream: 
Why it is junk food?
Sour cream is high in saturated fat and you get 90 % of calories from the afat.
Why it is good junk food?
The total amount of fat in sour cream is not that high.Two tbs of sour cream contains 52 calories which is half of  the amount in same amount of mayonnaise or 12 ounces of 2% milk.

Coconut reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases

Why it is junk food?
Coconut contains more saturated fats than the butter and can clog arteries.
Why it is good junk food?
The fatty acid present in coconut is known as lauric acid. Lauric acids helps to raise HDL cholesterol and c decreases the risk of cardiovascular diseases.

Why it is junk food?
Chocolate bars are high in simple sugars and fats.
Why it is good junk food?
Cocoa used to make chocolate is high in flavonoids, the same antioxidants found in red wine and green tea.These compounds are heart healthy and improves the flow of blood in blood vessels.A chocolate bar that contain 100 mg of flavonoids relaxes your blood vessels, improving blood flow to your heart. 






Baked potato chips are good junk food.

It is high in fat and carbohydrates.
Why it is good junk food?
Frying chips add fat and calories and kills most of the nutrients.One serving ( 11 chips)of baked lays chips contain 120 calories and 3 grams of fat. The fried version of chip contain 150 calories and 10 grams of fat.


Baked potato chips are made by slicing the potatoes very thin and spraying with with very little oil.The slices are put on baking sheets and baked for 20-30 minutes until they turn golden brown.Seasoning will be added at the end.
